In 2020, they returned to Emirates as a Sr. Account Assistant, and their responsibilities included managing accounts, updating systems, and resolving client queries. Currently, Jaswinder Kapoor is working as a Business Development Account Executive at Arche Softronix Pvt. Ltd., where they focus on executing daily transactions, expanding business in IT and Non-IT sectors, building digital presence, and maintaining routine follow-up with Fortune 500 organizations and MNCs.
