Pam Schilling

Pam Schilling is the current CEO at Archer Career. Pam has also worked as an instructor at DePaul University, as well as an Associate Professor of Strategy and Finance at North Park University.

Pam has always been dedicated to their students and their success. Pam was nominated for North Park's Zenos Hawkinson Award for Teaching Excellence and Campus Leadership in 2016, and their advisee received North Park's Outstanding Female Senior Award and was selected as a Fullbright Scholar in 2017.

Pam's focus is on providing an intersection of theory and real world application in their courses. Pam is also dedicated to innovating and continuously improving courses, as well as making students the priority.

Pam Schilling attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they earned their MBA in strategy, economics, and finance. Pam then attended DePaul Driehaus College of Business, where they earned their Doctorate of Business Administration in strategic management and career management. Finally, they attended The University of Kansas, where they earned their BSB in accounting and business administration.
