Dawn Aldridge

Dawn Aldridge is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and healthcare management. Currently serving as HR Manager at ADM since April 2024, Dawn previously held diverse roles, including Sectional Human Resource Manager at Diamond-Drives by Timken and Principal Human Resource Analyst at The Timken Company. Prior to these positions, Dawn was the Director of HR at Clinton County and served multiple roles at Mercy Medical Center Clinton IA, culminating in a position as HR Recruiting Specialist. Dawn began a career in healthcare as a Respiratory Therapist in 1996 and transitioned into HR-focused roles in the following years. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Management with HR focus and AS degrees in Respiratory Therapy and Science from Kaplan University and Madison Area Technical College.
