Maria Pica Karp serves as the Vice President of Global Government Affairs at ADM since May 2022, following an extensive career at Chevron from May 2004 to May 2022, where roles included Executive Advisor for Corporate Affairs and Vice President and General Manager of Government Affairs. Prior to Chevron, Maria directed Democracy and Human Rights at the National Security Council at The White House and held senior advisory positions at the U.S. Department of State. Early in their career, Maria advised on foreign policy in the United States Senate and served as Deputy Counsel for the International Relations Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law from The Catholic University of America and an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America.
