Pamela Denish

Pamela Denish, PhD, is a Senior Scientist in Protein Engineering at ADM since August 2023, previously serving as Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer of Peak B Inc from January 2020 to June 2023. Pamela's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of California, Davis, where research involved instructing students in pharmaceutical chemistry and studying protein interactions and drug design. Earlier experiences include teaching introductory physics and conducting undergraduate research on ocean acidification effects on oyster larvae and identifying parasites on rockfish skin.
