Regina Jones

Regina Bynote Jones currently serves as the Sr Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at ADM, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Regina was the Chief Legal Officer at Baker Hughes from April 2020 to September 2023, leading a global legal team across 120 countries. Regina's earlier roles include EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Delek US Holdings, Inc., General Counsel for various divisions at Schlumberger, and Corporate Counsel at Dynegy Inc. Regina’s extensive experience encompasses legal governance, compliance, corporate strategy, and risk management across multiple sectors. Education includes a JD from South Texas College of Law and a BS in General Business from Sam Houston State University.
