Sandra Hofmann

Sandra Hofmann is an accomplished expert in innovation and product development within the chemical and materials industry. Currently serving as the VP of Innovation and Product Development for BioSolutions at ADM, Hofmann has previously held significant roles at Trinseo as Director of Technology & Innovation in Synthetic Rubber and R&D Director for the same field. Additionally, Hofmann has contributed to Hempel A/S as Technical Director for R&D Customer Support & Innovation, and at The Dow Chemical Company in various capacities, including Strategic Marketing for Coatings and EMEA Technology Development Leader. Hofmann’s foundational education includes a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and a Diploma in Chemistry, both from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg.
