Tony Steiner

Tony Steiner is a senior staff accountant at Archer Education and has been in the accounting field for 4 years. Tony has experience working across functions to design and implement information flow processes. Tony's accounting functions have included preparing monthly financial statements, applying GAAP to recognize revenue and expenses, tracking and reporting project job costs, reconciling receivables, payables, prepaids, inventory, and owners' equity, as well as tracking and reporting on the status of cash flow and working capital. In addition, they have completed semimonthly payroll and tracked employee expenses and reimbursements. Tony has also prepared sales and operations projections to assist executive team.

In terms of HR functions, Tony has managed and procured employee benefit programs, completed local and state tax registrations, answered employee questions regarding benefits and payroll, and ensured regulatory compliance (I-9, W-4, etc).

Tony Steiner started their educational career by getting a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Kansas. Tony then went on to get a certification from the Certified Management Accountant program, which certified him as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
