Allyson Karnavas

Allyson Karnavas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Allyson most recently served as the Vice President of Client Services at ARCHER Systems, LLC, where they managed the complex escalation process and led a team in resolving numerous issues for clients. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at a mid-size startup, where they oversaw daily operations and collaborated on risk mitigation. Additionally, Allyson has held leadership positions within the Young Women's Alliance, serving as the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Programs on the Board of Directors. Allyson has also worked at Shapiro Settlement Solutions as a Client Services Manager and Case Manager, and at The Plaintiff's Resource as an MSA Case Manager. Their early career includes a role as a Legal Assistant at Berger and Green.

Allyson Karnavas has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Rhetoric, Public and Professional Writing, and Religious Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Allyson also participated in a Study Abroad program focused on Religion in India at the University of Hyderabad.
