Heather Magic has a diverse work history in accounting and financial leadership roles. Heather started their career in 1999 at IKON Office Solutions, where they served as a Manager, overseeing accounting projects, acquisitions, integration, and financial management. Heather then moved on to Pinnacle Medical Billing in 2004, where they worked as a Senior Accounting Manager. In 2005, they joined QBE North America (previously National Farmers Union Property and Casualty Insurance), initially as an Accounting Services Manager before becoming a Senior Financial Accountant, responsible for statutory accounting, budgeting, reconciliation, and treasury relations. From 2010 to 2016, Heather worked at Delta Dental of Colorado, first as a Membership Accounting Manager, overseeing operational and customer service excellence in B2B and B2C dental markets, and later as the Group & Individual Administration Director, responsible for new customer onboarding, customer renewals, negotiation, billing, accounts receivable, and relationship building. After their time at Delta Dental, they joined Providio MediSolutions, a Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance company. Heather held the position of Vice President of Operations and played a key role in ARCHER Systems, LLC's integration of Providio operations. Heather then transitioned to ARCHER in 2016 as VP of Qualified Settlement Funds & Project Management. In this role, they oversaw the integration of Providio operations, accounting, and medical lien resolution. In 2021, Heather joined Western Alliance Bank as the Senior Vice President of Settlement Services, specializing in banking for law firms and settlement distribution agencies. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Change Management at ARCHER, leading change strategies and plans aligned with the company's strategic goals, focusing on ARCHER Connect implementation.

Heather Magic completed their high school education at Conant High School. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management at Franklin Pierce University. Additionally, they participated in the Executive Leadership Program at the Mountain States Employers Council and the Leadership Arts Program at the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts.
