Scott Lyon

Scott Lyon is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and design, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Archer - the well company since September 2023, focusing on the Emerald MDR upgrade and Plug & Abandoning / Decommissioning projects. Prior to this role, Scott held various engineering positions at Archer, Odfjell Technology, and other companies, contributing to significant projects such as the Equinor Mariner A upgrades and multiple drilling rig reactivations. In addition to engineering work, Scott actively participates in organizational leadership as the AMG Chair for Scottish Target Shooting, overseeing events for the Gallery Rifle and Pistol Association. Scott's educational background includes degrees in Design & Draughting and HNC Mechatronics.
