James Fitts

James Fitts has held various director positions in supply chain and planning throughout their career. James most recently served as the Director of Supply and Demand Planning at Archer since 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Service Planning at Infinera from 2016 to 2022. James also worked as the Director of Global Order Planning at NetApp from 2014 to 2016 and as the Director of Global Planning at HID Global from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they held director-level positions in supply chain operations and logistics at Universal Electronics and planning management roles at Net.Com and Allegro Networks. James also worked as a Supply Chain Program Manager at Bay/Nortel Networks and as a Worldwide Planning Manager at Apple Computer. James Fitts began their career as a Supply Demand Manager at Unisys in 1990.

James Fitts has obtained an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. James also holds a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt.
