French Caldwell

French Caldwell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. French is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Archer Integrated Risk Management, where they lead the development and execution of the corporate strategy. Prior to this, Caldwell was the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of The Analyst Syndicate. French also founded and served as the Chief of Research at FCInsight, a member of The Analyst Syndicate. At MetricStream, Caldwell held the position of Chief Marketing Officer, leading global marketing efforts and overseeing the digital transformation of the company. Earlier in their career, they worked at GARTNER, INC as a Vice President and Gartner Fellow, where they provided critical business decision advice on various topics to senior executives and managers of large clients. Additionally, Caldwell has held various roles at organizations such as Chesapeake Yacht Club, George Washington University, Arthur Andersen, Richard S. Carson & Associates, and the Commission on Roles and Missions of the Armed Forces.

French Caldwell's education history begins in 1969 when they attended Pascagoula High School until 1972. French then enrolled at the United States Naval Academy from 1973 to 1977, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography. In 1987, they pursued further education at Old Dominion University, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in International Economics, Strategy, and Diplomacy, which lasted until 1989.

French Caldwell also attended the U.S. Naval War College in 1989 and 1990, completing a Command and Staff program. Later, in 2013, they pursued a Doctorate in Law and Policy at Northeastern University, where they specialized in Disruptive Technology. French completed their doctoral studies in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, French Caldwell obtained a certification in November 2022 from the University of Cambridge in the field of Cambridge RegTech: AI for Financial Regulation, Risk and Compliance.
