Jonathan Sloop

Jonathan Sloop has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as Technical Support Manager at Archer Integrated Risk Management since April 2007. Prior to this role, Jonathan held a technical support position at RSA The Security Division of EMC from April 2007 to October 2020 and served as Team Manager and Senior Research Engineer at CA from June 2001 to October 2006. Jonathan's career also includes a position in Pro Services at Jefferson Wells in 2006 and a role as Network Administrator at Northwest Missouri State University from June 1997 to June 2001. Jonathan holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a BS in Accounting, both from Northwest Missouri State University, with additional education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
