Josh Kreiger

As Senior Vice President of Operations and Practice Lead of Service Cloud practice, Josh is responsible for the team of professionals that provide a range of services, skills, and expertise to Archetype’s clients.

Josh is an experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in consulting services, business analysis, and project management. Josh has a master’s degree in Administration from Saint Michael’s College and is a Project Management certified Professional. Josh has led teams supporting various business disciplines such as legal, domestic & international customs, federal and state government, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, IT, executive management, healthcare, and finance. Josh’s leadership experience ensures milestones are met on time, that their services increase client efficiency, and their team is aligned with the immediate and long-term strategic service needs of their clients.

Outside of Archetype Josh enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys cooking, exploring the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and traveling.
