Cecile Robin

Cecile Robin has extensive work experience in the field of public relations and people development. Cecile began their career as a Junior Consultant at Beau Fixe in 1998 and later worked as a Consultant and Senior Account Manager at Text 100 from 2000 to 2009. Cecile then served as a Senior Account Director at Text 100 from 2009 to 2011.

In 2012, Cecile joined Text100 again, this time as a Managing Consultant. Cecile later became the Vice President EMEA for Client Development, where they were responsible for developing and growing clients through strategic counsel and engagement. Cecile continued in this role until November 2022.

In 2019, Cecile joined Archetype as a Managing Consultant. Cecile has since held various roles, including Executive Vice President EMEA & Head of People Development & Culture. Currently, they are the Head of People Development & Culture, Europe at Archetype.

Cecile Robin attended IICP from 1997 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study.
