Josiane Martinez

Josiane Martinez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, and communications. As the CEO and Founder of Archipelago Strategies Group since 2013, Josiane has successfully served over 200 clients across various sectors, promoting purposeful marketing strategies. Currently, Josiane serves as Chair of the Governor's Latinx Empowerment Advisory Council, a role established by Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey to enhance the contributions of Latino leaders in the state. Previously, Josiane held significant positions, including Executive Director of the Massachusetts Office for Refugees and Immigrants and Director of Specialized Media for Governor Deval Patrick. An accomplished communicator, Josiane has also worked as a reporter and contributed to various media outlets, alongside holding directorial roles in community-oriented organizations. Josiane's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Simmons University and a Bachelor's in Public Communications and Political Science from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
