Dan Lastovka

Dan Lastovka has a diverse work experience in the music industry, primarily focusing on lighting and sound engineering. Dan started their career in 1999 at Music Creek Soundworks, where they worked in the Lighting Department until 2003. Dan then joined Little River Band as a Lighting Director from 2003 to 2006 and later transitioned to the role of Monitor Engineer until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Cavo, where they served as a Drum Tech, Monitor Engineer, and Guitar Tech. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Monitor Engineer for Johnny Clegg. Dan then joined Logic Systems Sound and Lighting in 2010 as a Lighting tech, before moving on to Foreigner as a Lighting Director from 2013 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Lighting Designer at ITC. Dan then joined Gateway Studios & Production Services as a Lighting Technician from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of QA Engineer at ArchitectNow from 2022 onwards.

Dan Lastovka attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1994 to 1997. Dan'sfield of study was engineering, specifically not the audio kind. Additionally, in August 2022, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
