Aphinya Phathithin

Aphinya Phathithin is an accomplished architect with a solid background in both residential and mixed-use projects. Since June 2019, Aphinya has been serving as an Architect at Architects 49 Limited, contributing to significant residential developments such as 3Sixthy Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Ai03 Residential Development in Nonthaburi, Thailand. Previously, Aphinya held the position of Junior Architect, working on notable projects including The New Dusit Thani Bangkok and Dusit Central Park while collaborating with OMA on mixed-use developments. Aphinya began the professional journey as a Trainee Architect at Architects 49 Limited in 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rangsit University, completed in 2019.
