Stephen Davis

Stephen Davis has over 17 years of work experience in the field of Learning and Development. Stephen began their career in 2004 as a District Training & Account Manager for Healthcare Services Group, Inc. In 2005, they joined Target as a Corporate Trainer, and was then promoted to Instructional Designer, Training and Development Manager, and District Manager. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at LoanCare as a Training Supervisor and Manager Training Organizational Development, where they reduced department costs by 50% while increasing training program outputs. Currently, they are the Director of Learning and Development at ArchKey Solutions.

Stephen Davis obtained a B.A. in Communications from Marshall University between 2000 and 2004. Stephen also holds certifications from Take Flight Learning, The Bergerac Group, the Crisis Prevention Institute, and the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. These certifications include Taking Flight With DISC (obtained in September 2021), Bergerac Trainer Talk (obtained in May 2009), International Association of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certified Instructors (obtained in September 2006), and New York State Licensing - North East Target Training School Director (obtained in April 2013).
