Bayla Metzger is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in research and editorial roles focused on youth culture and consumer trends. Currently a Senior Editor at Archrival since June 2019, Bayla leads ALMANAC, a publication dedicated to exploring insights about Generations Z and Alpha, while also conducting qualitative and quantitative research for various projects. Previously, Bayla served as Managing Editor at Culture Co-op, overseeing trend research for notable clients such as NBCUniversal and GoPro. As the Director of Trends Research & Strategic Insights at NBCUniversal, Bayla co-authored The Curve report, providing valuable insights into consumer behavior and cultural shifts. Earlier career experience includes impactful contributions at Creative Artists Agency as a Writer & Editor, where Bayla actively researched and produced the Cassandra Report. Bayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is currently pursuing training in Audio Storytelling & Production at Transom Story Workshop.
