Charles A. Poole III

Mr. Poole joined ArcLight in 2012 and has 13 years of finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Poole was an Associate in the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on the execution and portfolio management of corporate equity and debt investments primarily in the energy and industrial sectors. Mr. Poole began his career as an Analyst in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers, where he executed transactions in the industrial sector. Mr. Poole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish Language & Literature from Columbia University.
