James Lloyd

James Lloyd is an experienced Project Manager at ARCO Murray Construction Company, overseeing projects across various sectors including warehouse, industrial, office, student housing, and multifamily developments since February 2016. Prior to this role, James served as a Structural Engineer at Bliss and Nyitray, Inc. where responsibilities included designing and detailing structural systems for residential and commercial projects. Educationally, James holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, complemented by a minor in Sales Engineering. James also held leadership positions as President of the FSEA - UF Student Chapter and Kappa Phi Epsilon Fraternity, honing organizational and management skills.
