Cathleen Deano, CAP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Cathleen started their career as a Co-Manager at Victoria's Secret in 2001, where they provided training to staff, managed payroll, and maintained operational standards. Cathleen then transitioned to an Assistant Manager role at White House Black Market in 2007, where they focused on customer service, store operations, and training team members. In 2009, they joined Fossil Group, Inc. as an Assistant Manager before being promoted to Store Manager in 2014. In these roles, they led sales initiatives, managed day-to-day operations, and ensured a consistent customer experience. In 2015, Cathleen became a Co-Manager at Eddie Bauer, overseeing store management. Their most recent position is with ARCO/Murray, where they started as a Project Coordinator in 2016 and later became the Lead Project Coordinator.
Cathleen Deano, CAP, holds an Associate's degree in Communications from Western Illinois University, which they obtained between the years 2000 and 2002.
