Bernie then continued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2003 to 2004, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Career and Technical Education Training. Finally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Adult Education - Leadership - T&D from Drake University, which they completed from 2010 to 2013.
