Autumn Lightfoot is an experienced recruiting professional with a career spanning over a decade in talent acquisition and banking. Since April 2019, Autumn has been with Arc'teryx Equipment, advancing through roles from Recruiter to Senior Recruiter and currently serving as Manager, Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Autumn held positions at Terminal as a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner and at Huge as a Creative Recruiter on a contract basis. Autumn’s earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Critical Mass as a Creative Recruiter, as well as roles at altis Human Resources, HSBC, and Mark Anthony Group. These diverse experiences have equipped Autumn with a strong background in various sectors of recruitment and client relations.
