Dr. Max Muge B. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of people analytics and HR. Dr. Max Muge currently holds the position of Senior Manager - People Analytics at Arc'teryx Equipment. In these roles, they trained and supported Oracle HR users, maintained organization structure and security, resolved employee data-related issues, and provided expertise and support to HR systems projects.

Dr. Max began their career as an HR Consultant at Data Expert-Executive Search from 2009 to 2010. Throughout their work experience, they have demonstrated expertise in HR data analysis, systems management, training, and process improvement.

Dr. Max Muge B.'s education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Carleton University, which was obtained by the year 2023.
