Phoebe LeBlanc

Phoebe LeBlanc has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Phoebe started their professional career in 2010 as a Manager at Granville Island Water Park, where they managed a team and organized large-scale events. From 2010 to 2013, they also worked at the City of Vancouver (Park Board) in administrative support and program assistant roles.

In 2014, Phoebe joined the City of Vancouver and held positions as a Development Services Clerk, Development Review Project Coordinator, and Policy Analyst. Phoebe developed policies and tracking systems, leading to more efficient operations and communication strategies. Phoebe also played a key role in creating processing standards for development permits related to medical marijuana use.

Starting in 2015, Phoebe worked as a Research Fellow at YouthfulCities, collecting surveys and analyzing data to create a global index of youthful indicators. In 2017, they transitioned to Saje Natural Wellness, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Director of Product Operations (interim), and Director of Product Development and Management. During their time at Saje, they led the planning and development of a holiday line and successfully launched limited edition products, generating significant sales.

Most recently, Phoebe joined Arc'teryx Equipment in 2021 as the Director of Product Operations before being promoted to the position of Senior Director of Product Operations in 2023.

Phoebe LeBlanc completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Amsterdam from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Economics from The University of British Columbia from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Phoebe also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification obtained in August 2016 from the Project Management Institute.
