Taik Kobayashi

Taik Kobayashi is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in retail operations and product management across various organizations. Currently, Taik serves as Project Manager for Product Operations at Arc'teryx Equipment, leading a team of over 300 to oversee product development. Previous roles include Retail Operations Lead at lululemon, managing North American hemming operations, and leading the operations department at Bailey Nelson for Canada and the UK. Taik has also held regional and district managerial positions at Juul Labs, LIDS Sports Group, and Bass Pro Shops, among others, often focusing on operational strategies, team leadership, and process efficiency. With a strong background in retail management across multiple countries, Taik combines operational excellence with strategic direction in diverse retail environments.
