Patricia Briner

Patricia Briner has extensive work experience in the powerline industry. Patricia began their career in 1991 as a Contract Admin & Marketing Manager at Tradewest, where they developed contracts and managed advertising campaigns. From 1988 to 2013, they worked at Arctic Power Systems Group as the Director of Corporate Affairs, overseeing financial performance and administration. Patricia was also involved in merger and acquisition activity and building relationships with First Nations.

In 2013, Briner joined Arctic Arrow Powerline Group Ltd. as a Manager of Special Projects, Contracts, and HR. In this role, they were responsible for contract content, risk analysis, and control, as well as brand development and marketing strategy. Patricia then progressed to become the Field Operations Manager and HR Manager, overseeing operations, quality, and safety in the Greater Vancouver and Northern BC regions.

In 2018, Briner became the Director of Operations for the Pacific Region and Corporate Affairs at Arctic Arrow Powerline Group Ltd. Their responsibilities included business development, operations, quality, and safety in the Pacific Region, which encompasses British Columbia, the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Washington State. Patricia had accountability for financial, safety, and quality performance and was also involved in union, labor, and HR matters.

Most recently, Briner was promoted to President of Arctic Arrow Powerline Group Ltd. in June 2022, where they continue to provide leadership and strategic guidance to the company. Patricia is responsible for business development, procurement, client satisfaction, strategy, and resource allocation, as well as maintaining relationships with Indigenous people and businesses.
