Nikhil Divecha

Nikhil Divecha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nikhil most recently served as the Interim CFO at Arctic Juice & Cafe in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Fractional CFO for early-stage companies, specializing in financial and business model preparation for investors, fundraising strategy, and implementing sustainable finance strategies. Nikhil held this role in an undisclosed company starting in November 2022.

Before that, Nikhil Divecha worked as a Fractional CFO at moviinn in 2020 and at Yayem from November 2021 to March 2023. Nikhil also has experience as a Fund Manager at Spark Capital from October 2020 to October 2021.

In terms of investment banking, Nikhil Divecha worked at UBS from October 2016 to December 2019, first as an Associate Director and later as Director of Investment Banking. Nikhil also worked at Citi from October 2010 to October 2016, starting as an Investment Banking Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Investment Banking Associate.

Furthermore, Nikhil Divecha gained experience in strategy and new business ventures at Cipla Ltd. from March 2013 to June 2014. Nikhil began their career in corporate banking as an Associate at Yes Bank Ltd. from October 2008 to October 2010.

Nikhil Divecha obtained a BSc in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from Jacobs University Bremen, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Nikhil later pursued further education and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA with a focus on Sustainable Business at the Business School Lausanne (BSL), from 2022 to 2024.
