Sarah Shine

Sarah Shine serves as senior vice president and general counsel for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s litigation, advising on a variety of legal matters, and partnering with senior leadership to support the businesses’ strategic plans to best serve ASRC’s shareholders.

Shine previously served as associate general counsel for ASRC as well as senior HR director & senior corporate counsel. Before joining ASRC’s corporate team, she served as associate general counsel for ASRC Energy Services. In each role, Shine advised on a diverse and complex range of legal issues, managed company litigation, and provided impactful training to ASRC employees.
