Aaron Tracy

Aaron Tracy began their career in 2003 as a Self-Employed Computer Repair technician. Aaron then worked as a Computer Technician at Staples and a Support Technician at Dmi Networking in 2011. In 2012, Aaron became a CIS Systems Consultant at Brigham Young University - Hawaii, where they managed computer software, hardware, and network infrastructure. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Security Event Analyst II at LDS Church, monitoring web traffic and mentoring interns. Aaron worked as an Information Security Analyst at MKA Cyber from 2016 to 2018, conducting daily calls with clients and providing security issue support. Currently, they are employed at Arctic Wolf, first as a Concierge Security Engineer and currently as a Technical Team Lead since August 2020. At Arctic Wolf, Aaron manages the cybersecurity risk for 60+ customer accounts, acts as the main contact for security-related questions and issues, and provides reports and incident details to client CISOs and security teams. Throughout their career, Aaron has gained expertise in cybersecurity risk management, incident response, and system administration.

Aaron Tracy completed their education with the following degrees: a Master's of Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University in 2018, a degree in Information Technology from Brigham Young University-Hawaii in 2013, and they graduated from Nonesuch School in 2008 as a High School Graduate. Aaron also attended Santa Rosa Junior College for Computer Science in 2010-2011 but did not obtain a degree. Aaron has obtained numerous certifications related to cybersecurity and information technology from institutions such as SANS Institute, Microsoft, EC-Council, Splunk, (ISC)², CompTIA, Red Hat, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
