Issara Srun

Issara Srun has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Issara began their career as an intern at Imaginet in 1997. Issara then worked as a Software Engineer at Ancept, where they contributed to the development of a Digital Asset Management product. Ancept was eventually acquired by Stellent in 2003, where Issara continued as a Senior Application Consultant and later became a Consulting Manager.

In 2007, Issara joined Oracle as a Managing Principal Consultant, specializing in sales. Issara later transitioned to the role of Senior Sales Consultant.

From 2012 to 2017, Issara worked at Code42, initially as an Area Manager for Enterprise Systems Engineering. Issara then became the Global Director of Solutions Engineering, leading a team to support the newly formed Customer Success organization. Their achievements include driving significant revenue growth and landing key enterprise accounts.

At Tanium, Issara held various customer success roles from 2017 to 2020. Issara served as the Director, Senior Director, and ultimately Vice President of Customer Success.

Currently, Issara is working at Arctic Wolf as the Vice President of Regional Presales Systems Engineering. In 2023, they will transition to the role of Vice President of Sales Engineering.

Issara Srun obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 1993 to 2000. Issara also attended Burnsville High School from 1994 to 1997, but did not receive a degree or specialize in any field of study there. Additionally, Issara Srun holds a certification as a Certified Leader from the Lead42 Development Program at Code42, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
