Mohammed Khan Mohammed has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and engineering. Mohammed Khan started their career at Brontobyte Technologies as a System Engineer, where they oversaw the development and maintenance of organizational computer systems. Mohammed Khan then joined Concentrix as a Technical Support Product Specialist, handling complex technical issues and providing technical assistance. Later, they became a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Concentrix, where they handled escalated tickets and verified user identities. Mohammed then moved on to Okta, where they worked as an IT Support Specialist, IT Support Engineer, and eventually as a Senior Identity Engineer. In these roles, they managed accounts, provided application support, and collaborated with different teams to solve access requests and compliance issues. Currently, they are working as a Lead Identity Engineer at Arctic Wolf, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management systems.
