Dmitriy Likhachev

Dmitriy Likhachev has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Programmer for Russian Information Agency "RIA "Vse Dlya Vas - Vasha gazeta", developing modules for the company's CMS using Perl, JavaScript, and XSLT-transformations. In 2014, they became an IT System Administrator for Sole Proprietor "IP Tuzhilin". In 2015, they joined Sperasoft as a NOC Engineer and Senior NOC Engineer. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at EPAM Systems as an Application Support Team Lead, where they managed a team of 20+ subordinates, built a new service from scratch for 15000+ users worldwide, and was responsible for L1-L2 service delivery. In 2020, they joined RingCentral as an Operations Lead, responsible for production system availability consisting of 300+ microservices. Currently, they are the Director of Information Technology and Principal Support Engineer at Arctic7, providing IT services and worldwide support of partners.

Dmitriy Likhachev earned their Master's degree in Computer Networks and Communications from Technical Jobs in Russia between 2008 and 2014. Dmitriy is currently enrolled in the Competencies Development Bureau, Mini MBA professional (MMP) program at Management & Marketing Universal Business School, starting in 2020.
