Maria Rozenberg

Maria Rozenberg has a long and varied work experience. Maria began their career in 2002 as a Project Manager for Norden Association. Maria then moved to Katarsis in 2004 as a Financial Analyst, followed by a role as an Account Officer at Handelsbanken in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Elcoteq as Finance Director, starting as Plant Controller. In 2008, they were Financial Director/Russia at NCC and Finance Controller at Jensen Group. From 2010 to 2014, they were Russia Managing Director and Group CFO at Ambiq Technology Private Limited, where they were responsible for managing a 10mln US$ VC funded business in Russia, assessing investment and partnership opportunities, negotiating deals and executing transaction plans, and managing M&A deals on the Group level. In 2014, they became Chief Financial Officer at Ener1 Battery Company, Inc. and in 2021, they were appointed Global Director of Finance at Arctic7.

Maria Rozenberg completed their Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Swedish and English from Saint Petersburg State University between 1996 and 2001. Maria then attended Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics between 2003 and 2004, where they obtained a degree in Financial Management with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. Lastly, Maria completed the ACCA Professional scheme in Finance and Accounting at ACCA between 2007 and 2009.
