Tom Penrose

Tom Penrose is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and DevSecOps. Currently serving as the DevSecOps Lead at Arcticom LLC since September 2021, Tom has configured and managed CI/CD tools and real-time system monitoring in both on-prem and AWS environments. Prior to this role, Tom held similar positions at Global Technical Services and CareSource Management Group, where responsibilities included software design, team mentorship, and project management throughout the software development life cycle. Tom's career includes notable positions in leading software engineering roles at multiple organizations, contributing significantly to application development, system architecture, and software improvements. Tom holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from RETS Technical Center.
