Kim Williams

Kim Williams possesses extensive experience in customer support and resource management within the IT sector. Since 2008, Kim has been with Abbott Medical Optics, focusing on customer support. Concurrently, Kim has served as Resource Team Manager at DynTek/TekConnect since July 2007, specializing in technical staffing for IT assessments, implementations, and desktop deployments. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Service Coordinator at Coast Solutions Group from October 2005 to June 2007, where responsibilities included resource management for IT projects and partner management.
