Tim Montgomery

Tim Montgomery has extensive experience in financial leadership and consulting, currently serving as the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors at Arctiq since April 2020. Prior to this role, Montgomery operated a private consulting practice from February 2012 to April 2020 and held various CFO positions at companies such as PHAZR, Adaptix, Inc., Photuris, Inc., and AccessLan Communications, demonstrating a strong track record in finance management. Additionally, Montgomery served as Group CFO at Sterling Software and Vice President of Finance at both Alcatel (DSC) and DSC Communications. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance/Accounting and a BS in Psychology with a minor in Management, both from Texas A&M University.
