Nick Saccomondo

Nick Saccomondo Jr. has extensive experience in accounting and real estate, having held various senior roles in education and the real estate industry. Nick worked at ARCTRUST as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) from 2019, and previously served as a Consultant at JBG Smith Properties, where they provided support for special projects and assisted in reviewing issues related to Vornado Legacy properties, from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they spent fifteen years at Vornado Realty Trust as a VP, Office Division Controller, where they managed two office divisions' accounting departments with over 100 wholly or partially owned properties. Nick was also responsible for supervising a staff of 32 and coordinating independent audits by a big four accounting firm. Additionally, they worked at The Related Group as VP, Corporate Controller, where they managed corporate accounting and account payable department and assisted in the integration of a new accounting system. Before that, they were Director of Real Estate Accounting at MBL Life Assurance Company, where they directed accounting treatment for all transactions on a statutory accounting and GAAP basis. Nick also supervised a real estate accounting department for joint ventures and real estate owned with 100 real estate assets and managed a staff of 20 professionals to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Nick Saccomondo Jr. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Saint Peter's University. Nick also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus, but no information on the start and end years of this program is provided.
