Allen Hsu

Allen Hsu is currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Technical Operations and Supply at Arcturus Therapeutics since 2019, overseeing global CMC, development, commercialization, technical operations, manufacturing, supply, and global quality. Previously, Allen held the role of Director of Business Development Planning at The Global Guide to Compassionate Use Programs from 2017 to 2019, focusing on navigating individual country regulations for expanded access programs. Prior to this, Allen worked at Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as the Medical and Scientific Affairs Manager (2011-2014), managing the Global Vosaroxin Managed Access Program and supporting the commercial launch of Qinprezo® for acute myeloid leukemia. Earlier experiences include serving as Assistant Director of Business Development Planning at Ferring Pharmaceuticals (2009-2011), where strategies for specialty care businesses were directed, and as a Tester at Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals (2007-2009).
