Janet Smith has extensive work experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on the biopharmaceutical industry. Janet is currently working at Arcus Biosciences as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they held roles at Piramal Pharma Solutions, DBV Technologies, Colloquia Partners, LLC, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they gained experience in establishing recruitment functions, managing full-cycle recruitment, developing recruitment strategies, and implementing process improvements.
