Neil Wise

Neil Wise is an experienced operations and management professional with a diverse background in retail and facility management. Currently serving as the Area Operations Manager for Arcus FM since June 2023, Neil previously held the position of Store Manager at Poundland & Dealz from September 2022 to June 2023. Prior to this, a Senior Manager role at Morrisons lasted from September 2017 to January 2023, following a dual role as Store Manager and HR Generalist at Poundland & Dealz from December 2016 to September 2017. Neil’s career began at Iceland Foods, where extensive experience was gained as both Store Manager and HR Generalist from June 2001 to December 2016.
