Kymberli Ma'At Roberts

Kymberli Ma'at Roberts, SHRM-CP, C-FSD, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Arcus Foundation since September 2023, focusing on human-centric initiatives in conservation and social justice. Kymberli is the Owner and Journey Doula at The Journey Doula, providing HR consulting and full spectrum doula services since January 2018. As the Founding Visionary and Board Member of Slowbirth Collective, Kymberli advocates for a Reproductive Health and Wellness blueprint. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Currey & Company and Manager of Human Resources at Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, where Kymberli led employee engagement and DEI efforts. Additional roles include positions at Salzburg Global Seminar and Gerald W. Lynch Theater, supporting a diverse range of organizational and events management initiatives. Kymberli holds a B.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY) and has pursued further education at Argosy University.
