Karen Cecilio

Karen Cecilio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development and crisis management. Currently serving as the Head of Diligence & Integration at Cetera Financial Group, Karen oversees the diligence and integration processes for acquisitions, collaborating with various business units. Additional roles at Cetera include Head of Corporate Real Estate, where responsibilities encompassed managing a large real estate portfolio, and temporarily leading Crisis Management and Business Continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, Karen held the position of Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), focusing on strategic initiatives for a multi-firm Broker Dealer network. Prior experience also includes serving as a Professional Mentor at ArcVida, Inc., and as Senior Manager of New Installations at BetaNXT. Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Marquette University.
