Paul Clarke

Paul Clarke has extensive experience in risk management and governance. Paul currently serves as the Group Director of Risk Management for Ardagh Group, where they oversee the Enterprise Risk Management program and various sub-committees. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Microsoft, S&P Global, GreenOcean Group, JLT Group, and Marsh, where they were responsible for directing resilience programs, managing risk and compliance functions, leading business continuity programs, and providing risk consulting and insurance services. Their experience spans across various industries and regions, demonstrating their expertise in managing risk and implementing effective risk controls.

Paul Clarke has an Executive MBA from INSEAD and holds an Associate of Risk Management degree from the Institute of Risk Management. Paul also completed a BBS in Strategy, Risk Finance from Trinity College Dublin. Additionally, Paul has obtained certifications in Leading in Crisis and Sustainability Strategies from LinkedIn, and they are a Shared Value Consulting Affiliate from the Shared Value Initiative.
