Reggie Pitts

Reggie Pitts has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Reggie is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ardagh Group since December 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Ardagh Group from May 2022 to December 2022. Before joining Ardagh Group, Reggie worked at WestRock Company where they served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources from February 2020 to May 2022. Reggie also held the positions of Director of Human Resources from January 2016 to February 2020 and Area HR Manager from January 2014 to January 2016 at WestRock Company. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager at Boise Paper, a Division of Packaging Corporation of America, from May 2012 to January 2014. Reggie's experience also includes working at GAF, where they served as the Regional Human Resources Manager from May 2008 to May 2012, Area Human Resources Manager from May 2005 to May 2008, and Human Resources Manager from June 2004 to May 2005. Reggie began their career at Owens Corning as a Human Resources Manager from April 2001 to June 2004.

Reggie Pitts has a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. They also hold a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Walden University. Reggie has additional certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in 2002 and DDI Certified Trainer from Development Dimensions International (DDI).
