Steven Myers, MBA, serves as the Quality Manager at Ardagh Group, where the production of 4 million glass containers daily exemplifies the high standards upheld under management. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Saint-Gobain Glass as an Enterprise Excellence Manager and Forming Process Engineer, focusing on enhancing the glass-forming process through statistical tools to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Earlier experience includes a position as a Process Engineer at DIVSYS International, LLC, where statistical methods were applied to enhance the surface mount process and gained expertise in printed circuit board manufacturing. Steven holds an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Anderson University and a B.S. in Mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
