Melissa Lorbiecki

Melissa Lorbiecki is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in process implementation and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Ardent Mills since July 2014, prior roles included Project Manager and Continuous Improvement Lead, where proficiency in managing complex projects and driving efficiency was demonstrated. Previously, at Cargill from October 2006 to July 2014, Melissa held various positions including Process Implementation Lead for Order Trade Settlement to Cash, where integration across departments during the ERP implementation was essential. Early contributions as a Super User on the SAP project for Horizon Milling involved critical product testing, and earlier roles focused on customer service and supply chain analysis. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Communications/Public Relations and Agricultural Business and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
